Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy Drivers Paradise

We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that make it necessary to cancel a booking. That’s why we have a cancellation policy that makes it easy for our customers to make a change.


  • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the booked date in order to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 15 days before the booked date will be refunded at 50%
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booked date will not be refunded.

In the event of extreme weather conditions, illness or other unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may occur.

We appreciate our customers’ adherence to this policy to help us plan our business efficiently. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or circumstances that require an exception to this policy.

When you book an appointment with Drivers Paradise, we enter into an agreement. You (the buyer) undertake to arrive at your booked time, and we (the Seller) undertake to reserve this time for you, with a track, car and staff at your disposal, and not to sell it to anyone else. That’s why we have a cancellation policy to make our cancellation rules clear to you as a buyer.
